Question:
May one shower during the 9 days?
Answer:
The Sepharadic custom is to take showers until the shavua shechal bo, unlike the Ashkenazic custom, which prohibits showering from Rosh Chodesh.

Even if a Sepharadi is among Ashkenazim, he may take a hot shower with soap from Rosh Chodesh Av, including on erev Shabbat Chazon [2] until the shavua shechal bo. When Tisha B'av falls out on Shabbat and is pushed off to Sunday there is no Shavua Shechal bo.
One who regularly goes to the mikveh may continue to go during the shavua shechal bo. However, if one is able to, he should go to a mikveh with cold water. [3]
